WHAT IS YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
I love watching netflix while running on the treadmill. It passes time during the long winter months!

WHERE WAS YOUR LAST VACATION?
I get to do teaching vacations (yoga, boot camp, water aerobics) and went to Breathless Cabo.

WHAT DO YOU #BURN FOR?
My kids. I want to show them that being a mom and having a full time career is no excuse to not work out and take care of my body.

Angie has been in the industry for over 20 years and has over 15 different certifications, including a 4 year degree in kinesiology from Indiana University and a personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. She is a mother of 3, has run 29 marathons and has such a passion for fitness and life and is so blessed to be doing what she loves to do everyday!!!! She can't wait to meet you and motivate you along your fitness journey!

Peanut butter-lots of it😳

WHAT IS ONE THING NOONE KNOWS ABOUT YOU?
No one knows how many jars of peanut butter I actually own.

WHAT DO YOU #BURN FOR?
I burn for my health! Yes, a six pack would be nice, but I'd much rather be healthy and happy :)

I have B.S. in Radiology from Concordia University, a Certified Personal Trainer through ACSM, and a RRCA certified Running Coach. I strive to help our members reach their goals! Fitness is a life-long journey that has no end and I am here to motivate and educate you along the way!

WHAT IS YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
Tv show: "The Real McNeal's." And Cheesits, I love those things. I have to just pour out some in a bowl or I'd eat the whole box. And musicals- I've been known to sing along with musicals at the top of my lungs when cleaning or driving (Hamilton is my current favorite).

WHAT IS SOMETHING NOONE KNOWS ABOUT YOU?
I generally seem really at ease and outgoing, but I'm secretly very introverted. I hate meeting people at a bar or something, because I don't want to be the first one there and have no one to talk to. I love cozy nights at home....

WHAT DO YOU #BURN FOR?
I #Burn for beer :)

My passion for fitness started my senior year at Marquette University when I decided to join the Crew Team, rowing on the Milwakee River (before it was cleaned up). I always loved riding my bike and have participated in the Senic Shore 150 and numerous TREK 100's. In 2007, two years after my middle son was born, I needed a goal to lose that last bit of "baby weight" and trained for and competed in my first triathon...and found a love of running. Since then I have run mulitple 5k's, 10k's and half marathons. I am a Disney lover, an ACE certified personal trainer, and the mom of 3 boys. I believe in finding the humor in (almost) all things and that excersice is fun too! I am so excited to help my clients on their personal wellness journey, laughing and smiling along the way...

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
